Carlsbad Air Duct Cleaning

For the past few months I was having increasing issues with allergies.  I found SD Air Quality on yelp and decided to give them a call to clean my HVAC system to see if that would help.  The technicians, Alfredo and Junior were very knowledgeable and recommended the installation of a UV light in addition to the cleaning.  After I did some research on the brand of UV light and the benefits, I decided to move forward with the installation.  Between that and the thorough cleaning that the technicians did, last night was the first time in months that I did not wake up with allergies!  Thank you Alfredo and Junior!  You’ve improved my health and well being through your work!  I would definitely recommend this company and their HVAC cleaning services.

We searched for a reputable air duct cleaning company and found SD Air Quality,We called them to have our air ducts in our home cleaned since it had been a long time.from the start , They were responsive on the phone (unlike several others that we tried) and took the time to answer all of our questions and provide us with a accurate quote.

The price we received seemed fair compared to other quotes we had gotten and decided to go with them because of their amazing rating and great online reviews.

SD Air Quality honored the date and time we conveniently arranged, the company also sent us reminders of the appointment.the day of the appointment, the techs called us 30 min before they showed up letting us know their were on they way , once arrived they were very friendly, polite and explained what they would be doing.

The technicians spent about 3 hours in our home, they worked the entire time they were at my house and I couldn’t believe how much dust was hiding in my ducts. SD Air Quality did the job in the promised time at the price we were quoted without any hidden fees. One thing we liked is that the technicians were clean and careful of the house but also respectful not to damage anything. Overall it was a flawless, customer focused operation and not only do I recommend them, I’d use them again in a heartbeat

They came to our apartment downtown and did a great job. We had originally scheduled an A/C Vent cleaning and a dryer vent cleaning. When they finished the A/C and went to the dryer vent, they saw it was not dirty and it did not need to be cleaned and they told us it was not necessary. Honesty at its best!

Upon mentioning my allergies I was informed of a product that could benefit me, but they were never pushy or made me feel like they were just trying to up sell. I decided to go with the UV light and WOW what a great investment that was!!
